HCS Uniform Shop is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

The delivery times provided by HCS Uniform Shop are estimates only. We can not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. HCS Uniform Shop cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Please note delivery is only available within Australia. No international orders will be accepted.

Please arrange returns by contacting us. Garments that need altering to fit can be arranged through Look Smart Alterations (Charlestown only) at no extra charge. Faulty items will be replaced by contacting us directly.

Whilst we endeavour to have all items in stock, some items will sell out quickly. We will try to have all items restocked within a period of three weeks (excluding Chinese Spring Festival and Chinese New Year) which could be up to a 6-8 week wait. For Urgent restock of items, please contact us via email and we will try to accommodate your needs by altering an existing garment to fit.
