Delivery times and costs
We will pop your goodies in the post and get them out to you as soon as possible. Delivery is typically between 1 - 5 business days (pending Aramex/Transdirect Couriers).
Orders received by 12pm will be fulfilled on the same day. Orders after 12pm are shipped the following day (Excluding weekends.)
Shipping costs are a $8 flat rate for all purchases.
Orders are shipped via a courier service (Fastway via Transdirect) or Australia Post and customers will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.
Note: "HCS Uniform Shop" does not offer refunds on items that show our courier service is able to provide evidence a parcel is ‘delivered’.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number along with the courier name that your order was dispatched with. For tracking updates, please check using your tracking number through the appropriate courier website.
